One calendar where everyone has their own color
The shared calendar for everyone, kids profiles of their own, allowance and, in an emergency, everyone's location. All calmly in one place.

How it looks in the app
From the first cup of coffee to the bedtime story: this is what a family day feels like with Monkly.
What you get out of it
Four things that change on day one. Everything else follows when you need it.
Family calendar
Everyone has a color, so you see at once whose event it is.
Kids profiles
Kids only see their own part. No phone needed either: then you keep the profile for them.
Allowance
One balance both sides can see. Tasks can earn points, and points become credit.
Location & emergency
Location is visible for as long as you share it, and only inside your group.
An ordinary day, just calmer
Everyday life
Between school, work and everything in the calendar, family life is a constant juggle. Plans end up in three different chats, the shopping list stays at home, and nobody is quite sure who is picking up the kids today. A lot only works because one person keeps it all in their head.
A day with Monkly
In the morning the shared calendar says what is on: football training, dentist, parents’ evening. The kids tick off their tasks and collect allowance, the shopping sits as a shared list on every phone. If a date changes, the change is there for everyone at once. And whoever is out can share their location in an emergency with one tap.
Why it gets easier
The practical difference is that knowledge no longer hangs on one person. Whoever adds an event has already shared it, and whoever changes it does not have to tell anyone.
- 07:10
Over breakfast everyone sees what is on in the family calendar: dentist, football, parents' evening. Events from eleven modules flow together here automatically, so nobody has to ask.
- 13:00
After school Max ticks off his task, taking out the trash, and automatically gets a euro credited to his pocket-money account. Tasks rotate fairly, so it is not always the same kid.
- 15:25
Dad is still out and briefly shares his location so Mum knows he will pick Emma up from the dentist on time. Visible to the family only, to nobody else.
- 19:30
The week's meal plan is set, the ingredients are already on the shared shopping list with a tap. And Emma's peanut allergy is flagged red in her health profile, in case the babysitter cooks.
The things that make the difference for you
Not a list of features, but the three places where you notice that it all sits in one spot.
One calendar for everyone
Every appointment lands in one calm place, with colors and a profile per person. Tasks, school, doctor dates and more flow in automatically, and with Google or Apple sync it is also wherever you usually plan.
Kids, tasks and pocket money
Children get their own profiles and a digital pocket-money account. Completed tasks pay in automatically, and for bigger wishes the kids send a request you approve. Along the way they learn to handle money.
Health and emergencies
Allergies, medications and vaccinations sit ready per child, with life-threatening ones right at the top. Doctor appointments land in the calendar automatically, and in an emergency an SOS sends your location to the whole family.
The areas you will use most
You switch on what you need. Everything else stays off.
