A spoken sentence becomes a task, an event, a note or a shopping item. Only if you switch it on, and every entry stays marked as AI-created.
One sentence, four targets
"Add milk" or "dentist on Tuesday": Monkly recognizes what you mean and files it in the right module. You confirm before anything is saved.
Listening mode with undo
While you plan at the kitchen table, Monkly listens along and creates entries right away. Everything stays visible and can be taken back one by one or all at once.
Transcription on your device
Speech recognition runs on your phone. No audio leaves the device. Only the recognized sentence travels on, as text.
Capped and labeled
The assistant has a fixed budget per member, and whatever it helped create stays labeled on the entry, as the EU AI Act requires.
Dictation is always included
Speaking into notes and text fields instead of typing works everywhere, even without the assistant. Your phone does it itself, nothing leaves the device, and it costs nothing.

Whatever you put into Monkly stays with you. It is not passed on and not sold, not even in parts.
Servers in Germany
The app and its database run in a data center in Germany. Whatever is particularly sensitive is additionally protected there.
Your data belongs to you
Take everything with you as a file and delete your account for good, yourself, inside the app. No email, no questions.
Paid for by you, not by ads
Monkly is funded by subscriptions. No advertising, no investor, and usage figures run through our own server instead of a provider.
What we get asked most
It sits on servers in Germany and stays with you. We sell nothing, show no ads and do not track you. Only for features you switch on yourself, such as the AI assistant or push notifications, the bare minimum goes to our service providers. You can export and delete it yourself inside the app.
Getting started is free forever and includes calendar, lists, notes, polls, wishlists and secret santa. You add areas from €2.99 per month and can cancel anytime.
For everyone who belongs together. Whether a family with kids, a flat-share, a couple or single parents, you simply invite everyone who belongs, grandma included.
You pay by the number of areas you use. Choose which ones you want in the app and swap them monthly. All areas together are the best value.
Monkly is available as an app for iOS and Android as well as a web app in the browser. Everything syncs in real time for the whole family.
Nothing is lost: the free basics stay yours, you only lose the modules of the canceled area. If you delete your account, we delete your data, except for what we have to keep briefly or by law. The privacy policy says exactly what. You can export everything as a file beforehand.
Yes. Kids get their own profile with limited permissions, and parents decide what they see and may do. For children without their own phone there are profiles without a login that you keep for them.
Yes, you can connect your Google calendar so its events show up in Monkly. More providers follow after launch.
