You can delete your account yourself in Monkly. This page shows the direct route in the mobile app and the web app.

In the mobile app
- Open the “Settings” tab.
- Under “Account”, select the “Account” row.
- Scroll to the danger zone and tap “Delete account”.
- Confirm the permanent deletion.
What happens next
Monkly permanently deletes your account and the personal data associated with it. The deletion cannot be undone.
If you are the only administrator of a group, that group and its shared content are also deleted. To keep the group, make another member an administrator first.
A subscription purchased through Apple or Google does not end automatically when your Monkly account is deleted. Cancel it in the relevant app store before deleting the account.
Data that Chio Studios must retain for legal reasons is stored only for the required period. Details are provided in the privacy policy.

You do not need to reinstall the app. Send the deletion request from the email address used for your Monkly account to our privacy contact. We verify your identity before deleting the account.
