Every appointment lands in one calendar
Create events with a title, place, color and participants, one-off or recurring, and everyone accepts or declines. The special part: tasks, school, meal plan, shifts, vehicle and doctor dates and more flow into the same calendar automatically, from eleven modules in one place. And with Google or Apple sync it is also wherever you usually plan. View it all as a week, month or agenda list.
When someone ticks off milk, it is gone for everyone
Create as many lists as you like, as a shopping list or a general to-do list, each in its own color. Everyone ticks off what is done and everybody sees it the same moment. Hide what is finished, clear it with a tap or reset the whole list. And when you plan a recipe, its ingredients land here as items automatically.
Notes two people can write in at once
Write formatted notes with headings, bullet points, checklists and links, and sort them into nestable folders and tags. Colors and pinning keep the important things up top, full-text search finds the rest in seconds. On the go you simply dictate by microphone, and everything saves itself.
Who cooks on Saturday? Ask once, everyone answers
Ask a question, offer two to six options and let the group vote, single or multiple choice. Results appear live as bars with percentages and vote counts, and the winner is marked instantly. Anyone who changes their mind withdraws their vote while the poll is still open.
